Because your book is specially produced for you, it is an order purchase and we therefore reserve the right to withdraw payment for your order, prior to shipment.

We point out that offers and discounts cannot be combined with existing discounts, discounted items or price promotions.

Shipping and delivery time

All shipments are sent as a package. The estimated delivery time for the package is 14 working days (+1 day for non-bridged islands). During certain periods of public holidays and vacations, a longer delivery time must be expected.

Orders containing a book will be invoiced DKK 29 for shipping to a parcel shop near you. If you want the package to be sent directly to your address, the shipment will be invoiced with DKK 39.

Note (!) That when you choose to have the package delivered directly to your private address, you also accept that the carrier, at your own risk, may place the package at your front door.

Delivery takes place when the product is finished. As a general rule, it is produced and shipped within 14 working days of the order being completed. The customer is entitled to terminate the agreement on the condition of sending a prior order if the schedule is significantly exceeded. Significant delays occur at the earliest in the event of a deviation of more than 30 working days from an agreed deadline. If the schedule is disrupted due to circumstances for which Tap Tap Stories is not responsible (including delays or non-delivery from subcontractors, delays at the customer and the customer's non-participation), delays may not result in the customer being granted default rights, including revocation.

Right of withdrawal

Since all the books are unique and personally produced, the right of withdrawal lapses. Therefore, it is important that you check all the information you have entered during the order.

Your order cannot be canceled as it is produced specifically for you and sent into production immediately after you place your order.

Complaints and deficiencies

Tap Tap Stories has no responsibility for errors that the customer did not correct in writing before the order was placed. If the delivery proves to be defective or defective, the customer is obliged to complain about this within a reasonable time, by contacting us directly. Tap Tap Stories is entitled to try to remedy a defect if this can be done within a reasonable time and if it is deemed that, Tap Tap Stories can be held responsible for the error.

Note that colors in the final printed book may differ from the colors as they are represented by the screen display and that this is not considered to be an error. And that skin tones and hair colors, as shown in the ordering process, are not accurate and may vary according to how the characters in the different books are illustrated.

In addition, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act on 2-year complaints apply.

Force Majeure

Tap Tap Stories is not responsible for any non-fulfillment or delay in the fulfillment of any of our obligations under an order caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Tap Tap Stories will use our reasonable efforts to bring the force majeure incident to an end or find a solution whereby our obligations to an order can be carried out despite the force majeure incident.

This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Information submitted on Tap Tap Stories' website is stored for the sole purpose of being able to serve you as a customer and deliver your goods. When paying and entering card information, this is done directly through PBS. Therefore, your card information is 100% secured with PBS. Neither Tap Tap Stories nor others have access.

PBS also guarantees consumers' money when trading online. As a customer, you are protected against abuse and have no deductible.

Complaints

From 15 February 2016, all EU consumers will also have a new common European complaints portal, which will allow them to complain directly to companies in other EU countries. The purpose of the European Complaints Portal is to make it easier for both consumers and online stores to handle cross-border complaints. Of course, you must also have this option. You can find the link to the complaints portal here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

However, we hope you will take any challenges directly with us. It's faster for you and we're ready for the keys and would love to help.
